Food brought out cold, only 6 onion rings provided for meal and female servers so rude. This location has gone down in the past 3 yrs. Waited 35 minutes after paying my bill for the cookie sandwich to go and it comes out stone cold not even baked

Visited for lunch and it had been awhile since we’ve been there but food was very good and the gentleman who served us was amazing! He was extremely kind and attentive, thank you for the awesome service! We’ll be back.

I am not someone who typically posts negative things for businesses (I know how much online views help/hurt businesses), but our visit to Kelsey's yesterday was disappointing. We had been a number of times in the past (their Buffalo Chicken sandwich was a favourite), but given we went for lunch, we selected lighter fare. From the dirty glasses I got (the first one and the replacement), to the not so clean table, to the length of time it took for our food to come out which meant my wife's wrap got cold (it wasn't supposed to be) and that the chicken in my BLT was dry, it was a significant step down in our experiences from before. With so many options available to us and the rising cost of eating out, we are choosing to visit and revisit places where we had a great time, service and food wise. So, we won't be going back to Kelsey's.

i had julie as my waitress and she was very kind and positive and even when she messed up on one order she was right on getting the order right.

My go to for dinner out with my friend. The London east location is great. Clean, friendly, fast, great food, good serving size.
