The little girl with straight hair that took our order was extremely rude, my ice cream that I ordered fell over so I asked her nicely if I could get a new one, she did not give me any napkins and when she went to give me a new I cream she took the ice cream off the original cone with her hand and touched it, and then she put new cream on top of that which is really unsanitary, after I called her out for it she started yelling and saying extremely rude things to be instead of apologizing and owning up to her mistakes, then the guys she was flirting with then proceeded to tell her In front of me that he’s her witness and nothing happened to make it look like I’m the bad guy. That girl should be fired for not only violating the health code and lying but for arguing with a customer that did nothing.

would give zero. employees very disrespectful and started yelling at customer while i was ordering. when i ordered, same girl was still being very disrespectful and was paying attention to teenage boys rather than the customer. she had a very bad attitude.

Great place for ice cream cones, Dole whip soft serve, smoothies, popcorn, and other sweets. We grabbed ours as we boarded a lake cruise tour.

Thursday, May 12th, 2022 Today is Day 01 of the Dole Whip machine being fired up and my mom and i are the first dole whip customers of the season. KC Senior and her daughter KC junior are amazing and so nice. They need to.open up some locations in Illinois. To open the Dole whip season, they have cherry, pineapple, or cherry pineapple swirl to.choose from.

Tried ice creams and banana milkshake from here, ice creams were good, milkshake was okay. The staff was nice as well.

Visited Lake Geneva with my family and went to get ice cream here with my daughters. The girl who took our order was extremely rude. She asked if my other daughter was having the same thing as the older one and I said the same cone but with cookies and cream ice cream not chocolate. Then she hands the ice cream and it was the same as the older daughters. I told her I wanted cookies and cream and not chocolate and she snatched the cone from my hand, rolled her eyes, muttered under her breath and continued making the cone with an attitude and made the whole “taking the kids out for ice cream” a disaster. No one that acts like that should be serving customers, especially giving attitude towards children. She had brown eyes, and long dark brown hair and seemed to be under 20 years old.

Dell & Carrie are awesome to talk to. They service they provide is 2nd to none. Nice variety of frozen treats!
