KAZE Sushi & Rolls

There's always been a big sign along the main road that caught my eye, but I never got around to visiting the shop. My son suggested we go for lunch there, so I finally did. The shop is tucked away in the back of a mall, making it a bit hard to find from the main street. The photo of the front of the shop immediately revealed it as Korean-owned, perhaps due to the way they roll their sushi - square. However, the layout in the photo looked quite stylish, so I had high expectations upon entering. Inside, they had recommendations with photos for easy takeaway selection, which was convenient. I had expected a simpler setup, but the interior was quite elaborate, with wall murals creating an old Japanese ambiance. The food was good. After meal, if you complete a survey earned you a free ice cream, a nice bonus. One thing, I'm disappointed about 3 large posters in the store explaining the difference between sushi(nigiri) and kimbap, but kimbap is Korean cuisine not Japanese, it's a bit wired those poster in a sushi shop. It's Sushi(nigiri) and Maki-zushi(roll sushi) is the right way to explain. Parking: easy to park but a bit difficult to find a store from the main street.

I have tried KAZE shushi before and it was all right. Today, the maki rolls were stale to the point of in-edible.

I had lunch there today to try their keto menu (fried chicken, salmon sashimi, keto sushi rolls) and they were legit! I had my CGM on, and my blood sugar level increase was minimal. Bonus point was their food was super fresh and delicious! Highly recommend!

Great price and amazing quality, Sushi was so fresh it was melting in my mouth. This is my second time ordering Kaze premium E party tray . Surely it was as good as first-time. Whole family enjoyed it. It will be our regular go to spot . I highly recommend!!! Thank you for keeping up the great quality.

The atmosphere was great and our server was very informative but also very social so it was easy to talk to her and get recommendations for the food! The sushi was delicious and was packed full of flavour! We were a fan of the ninja warrior sushi since a few of us were anime fans, but it tasted great! Highly recommend this place!
