Katana Kitchen is located between box car and CVS off hwy 90. We are bringing a new flare to the traditional Japanese concept. We are maintaining our signature dishes while introducing new inspired recipes. Our main focus is to make food with integrity. That means using fresh ingredients, hand cut vegetables, fresh meats, hormone-free meat, non gmo 0% trans fat oil, no MSG & offering organic options. “If we won't serve it to our families we won't serve it to yours.”
