Kashmir Tandoori

Took over two hours for delivery, called to chase up and was told they were busy and the guy hung the phone up. Absolutely appalling service would not recommend nor use again

Ordered from here yesterday, and I was appalled by the whole experience. I had to ring the takeaway three times, as the food ended up being over an hour late. Each time I was told the driver was almost here (lies) and when he finally arrived, parked at the end of the street and told me to walk over to him in the pitch black. The food, when we finally got it, was horrid. My naan tasted like it was doused in garlic powder, and had no cheese on it. The Punjabi Chicken curry was bland, Saag Paneer was edible, the rice was sweet for some reason & the 'pickle' was a small tub of onions with mint on them. My girlfriend's pizza was stale, burnt and cardboard like in texture and flavour. Avoid this place. Don't waste your money.

2 and a half hours waiting and still no delivery. Phone going straight to user busy for the last hour so obviously unhooked. I will be asking for my money back as I’ve had to order from elsewhere. Disgusting service

Although the food here is usually ok, tonight was absolutely awful. We don’t eat here often but it’s almost as if when the owner isn’t present in the shop, the staff are absolutely wild. I’m afraid to say this wasn’t the first time either. I decided that it may have been just bad luck and decided to try again. However, my expectations were very disappointed. The rice tasted almost as if microwaved, the chips tasted like leftovers from a few days ago. The naan bread were incredibly burnt and even the most simple Poppadoms looked and tasted as if fried in dirty oil, with black dots all across them. The curry had water coming out of it. It was so disgusting, almost all of it was thrown in the bin. The staff at the counter were rude too. There is rubbish all over the waiting area with cobwebs everywhere. There is almost nowhere to sit except for a dirty sofa that looks like it really needs to be wiped and washed. I’m afraid to say that I will not be returning.

FOOD DID NOT ARRIVE!! Ordered food at 8 pm Saturday evening with an ETA of 9.20pm. At 10pm I rang the takeaway and was assured that my delivery was arriving any moment. I rang back at 10.25pm and was then told that the order had been overlooked. Really rubbish. Do not order from this takeaway. I have requested a refund through PayPal.

Absolutely disgusting, we ordered a donner kebab and 7 wings and chips. My donner kebab came but the 7 wings and chips didn’t. It was chicken nuggets and chips and it was an hour and 45 minute wait. Even though the delivery driver repeated the order and the 7 wings and chips were on there. We phoned them and they hung up on us. Completely disgraceful. Absolutely bad service and I felt bad for the delivery driver. DONT WORK THERE AND DONT ORDER FROM THERE!!!!!!! shocking

Forgot a couple of items in my previous order, ordered again a few days later & I received extras. Really lovely staff.

Food was great, service was quick and easy. Would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable and tasty meal.
