Always loved K2H but recent experience was terrible. Food order successfully booked but then cancelled with no warning. Relish is almost as good but much more reliable.

This place is a hidden gem! Absolutely fantastic meal with the family this evening. Good fresh food, delicious and flavourful. The service was also excellent and so were the cocktails. We will definitely be back soon!

We buy our meals via Food Hub and pick up from the Restaurant. I am never eating from any other Indian again, whilst K2H is an option. It is the best Indian Food I ever remember eating. My husband, a continually disappointed vegetarian for 20 years and my 12 year old son, are fanatical about K2H, and I love it. It is slightly more expensive, but you get what you pay for and this is outstanding. I cannot fault anything at all, and the staff are lovely as well. Vegetarian options: Plenty of options, about 8 quality items in the main meals, my husband is working through them. Parking: Where the market was behind the restaurant after 6pm.

Original Review on 14/04/2023 Appalling. Disgusting. Pathetic and most egregious customer experience I have ever had. The owner of the restaurant is extremely disgusting, disrespectful and rude individual!! I ordered a takeaway and because they did not have a particular dish, which I had ordered, they gave me another one without asking/telling (this is 2nd time they did this in a week time). I reached home only to see a different dish. When I called, he said the dish he gave me is 80% same and that I should not make a fuss about it. Then, he started shouting on me that is he trying to do his best while serving Indian and I am stretching it. And then hung up. Serving good Indian food overseas is secondary, first this individual should learn how to be respectful and uphold Indian value and traditions. "Atithi devo bhava = Guest is god" Never recommend this restaurant to anyone!!!!!!!! 1st Edit on 15/04/2023: Responding to highlight inconsistencies and incorrect narrative you’ve shared – the potential customers must know that you not only epitomize in eroding customer trust but also pioneer in letting your team down!! A true example of how a restaurateur should NOT be. For these reasons your restaurant will never be the likes of Dishoom/Chourangi/Turmeric kitchen or other top Indian restaurants in the country, who hold the CX & CS bar so so so high!!!! 1. Total call duration = 13 min 20 secs, of which I spoke to your team for circa 6 mins. You claimed you took the call after 15-20 mins. Lie. This shows the level of exaggeration in your response. 2. Your online menu did not have the dish I was given. Your team could have said, we don’t have “Murgh Methi Malai” (MMM), however, have “Pahadi Murgh Methi” (PMM). I would have made an informed decision of having that or not. Similar to what they did, when I asked for “Dohara Kebab”, “Romaali Roti”. 3. When I called to highlight the issue with my order, your team did apologize (I thanked & appreciated!!) and agreed to accommodate this in my next order. I gave my name and phone number. All this while I could hear background whispers. You noticed an Indian person’s name, and took the phone away, and 1st thing you asked me, “Am I from India” (irrelevant to issue though) and then proceeded with asking me to explain the difference b/w PMM and MMM, and claiming these are more or less the same. 4. You were repulsive, prejudice and discourteous and never offered, “an alternative dish at your next order.” Your team did, but you hijacked the call as soon as I gave my details. Probably you not open to critical feedback. 5. Refuting is too late already, because I am glad that I will not be spending my hard-earned money on K2H Kitchen ever again. 6.Given how loudly, rudely, impatiently and disrespectfully you presented yourself – you are the WEAKEST link in your team. You/K2H Kitchen does not deserve any more time than this!

I do not say this lightly, but that was by far the best Indian food I have had in year. Great atmosphere - you could hear your conversation, staff were attentive too. 10/10.
