At Kansui Ramen we follow three rules: Slurp, Savor, Repeat We started our ramen journey in 2007 and opened our first ramen restaurant in 2015. We are now serving the great city of Westlake Village with traditional hakata-style ramen with a modern twist. We make Tonkotsu (16 hours of pork bone broth) and Torigara (slow cooked chicken bone broth) Japanese ramens with no dairy. Sauces, broth, meats, and vegetables are made and cut in house with our own recipes. Our fresh noodles are straight with no additives or preservatives. Chicken wontons are freshly hand made in house. Our special soy sauce is cold aged to give a deeper flavor.
