Kaminski’s is a 4th generation family owned and operated restaurant that got its start back in 1964. The BBQ style and flavor of Kaminski’s, comes from its North Carolina roots and decades old family recipes. The BBQ is slow smoked for 13 hours over hickory wood and is prepared with a house rub blend and served with our signature sauce. Kaminski’s is a great fusion of both tradition and contemporary restaurants that remains a staple in the San Diego community.
