I went in for lunch during the weekday mid-afternoon and was able to get a seat right away. Normally, you would have to sign up to be on the waitlist during their peak lunch/dinner hours. Parking lot wise, it can get busy but you'll eventually be able to find a spot if you're patient enough. I ordered the 'Black Garlic Tonkotsu' ramen (without the bok choy) and chicken karrage. The in-house made ramen noodles was perfectly cooked al dente and had a nice soft chewy texture. The broth was rich, flavourful, and creamy but unfortunately, the broth and marinade used for the pork was quite salty for me. The boiled egg was also slightly disappointing. It was just a regular plain egg unlike the marinated 'hot spring eggs' that you could get from Kinton Ramen, Sansotei Ramen or Ajisen Ramen. Other than that, the chicken karrage was delicious and had a nice sweet, tangy, and citrus like sauce to compliment it. Service was great; staff are friendly and food arrived within a reasonable time.
