We are no longer a NEW business that started the as an artisan ice cream shop, but due to the restrictions brought on by the pandemic we had to make a lot of pivots to survive. Food was going to be a project for year 5, but we pivoted to Specialty Barbeque (while still offering some of the BEST ice cream around). Our Ribs have gained a solid reputation where "The sauce is the afterthought!" We will continue to pivot to stay viable in a changing world!
