Delicious food, Palak kichdi is a must try and very warm customer service by Devanshu

We had dinner at this restaurant tonight. And the experience was very disappointing. We ordered Manchow soup, Manchurian, dahipuri, paneer tikka lababdar, naan, lassi. Only soup and dahipuri were good. Everything else was very disappointing. We sent the Manchurian back, but it was still the same when it came back. Paneer tikka lababdar had just the gravy and paneer. Tikka is supposed to have veggies. Also, the gravy of sweet. The service also got slow gradually. We had to wait for over 15 minutes just to pay the bill and leave after asking them for bill. We won’t go back there and wouldn’t recommend anyone else too.

We recently celebrated our daughter’s birthday at Kailash Parbat and only have positive things to say, be it their service or the taste of food. We were coordinating with Dimanshu who is certainly in the right line of work as his customer service was the best. Always made sure that are queries are answered and made sure to accommodate all our requests. Server Gurpinder ensured that the refill to the buffet was done even before it was needed and was always ready to help, ensuring the highest standards of service. Our guests loved the food and had a great time! Thanks for that!
