Kaiju Sushi

Kaiju is a gorgeous looking sushi restaurant on the famous Ventura Blvd. The ambience is great and I had a nice table and whole corner area to myself. I also had the Owner personally take my order and serve my dinner. The Nigiri and handrolls were delicious. I particularly enjoyed the Toro, Snapper Nigiri and crab handroll. The owner told me "Kaiju means dragon monster. Fun, classy sushi restaurant with great food, people and ambience. Highly recommended.

If you have any idea what good sushi tastes like you will likely be disappointed. The small dishes were decent, but the raw fish was average. The cuts of sashimi were beefy and rigid. Maybe I just had a bad sushi chef…The service was subpar. Not shocked that it wasn’t so busy on a Saturday night.

We couldn't stay there. It had a very bad smell . We had to leave the place

Good place, kind of expensive for the amount of Food, in general ok.

Every thing about this is great. Food, atmosphere and drinks were amazing.

The place is nicely decorated, cozy lighting. Sushi was melt in your mouth fresh and the waitress was nice and attentive. I wish their prices were cheaper, but I guess that applies to everything lately. Definitely coming back again.

10/10 ppl!!! I had an awesome experience eating here with my brother and cuzen. All of us were impressed. From the food and customer service. I'm so happy to have stumbled across this place ❤️ Quality fresh ingredients from the fish to Wasabi. I would recommend everything on the menu that is sushi and sashimi. Pluss the house Sake for a bomb or two
