Kabob Grill

I've visited this place 3 times in the past 6 months and not impressed anymore. The first visit was great! The service was friendly and quick. The food was good. We were excited to finally have a kabob place close to home in the city as we are used to many kabob places in Mississauga. It's a little on the pricier side but it's not bad for how convenient the location is to us. Second time we went there, we walked in and the worker was on the phone with a large order. We could see it on the computer screen and didn't mind waiting, letting him do his thing. It seemed that the person ordering on the phone was confused with what they were getting and soon the call turned into 8 mins and counting. After waiting for about 10 mins without even an acknowledgement from the worker (saying sorry or please wait a little longer), and with him still on the phone trying to complete the order, we left. After a few months, we decided to visit there today and when we were about to pay, I looked at the prices on the menu screen vs the computer ordering screen and there was a discrepancy in price. The KG Chicken Lover was posted to be $18.49 for dinner, however the ordering screen stated $17.99 + $2 extra charge. I asked what the extra charge was for and I received a lame response that it's just the price. I asked if they could honour the price I'm looking at on the menu screen and the worker said she couldn't do anything about it. We ended up leaving and won't be going back anymore. If the price goes up, that's totally fine but make sure your POS and menu matches. It's the principle of honouring a price that is clearly listed.

Frankly, got misled by the reviews... can't guess how the hell this place "managed" five star reviews. Food quality is worse, serving size is very low in quantity in comparison with other similar restaurants and even is over-priced. I understand either the residents of Cambridge has no other choice or they don't know the taste of similar food. I am from Milton and we do have wonderful restaurants in Milton, Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, etc. providing, I would say thousand percent, better quality food in much more quantity and in less prices. This is definitely not an authentic place to eat and is not recommended. If you have no other choice then good luck!!!! (Adding these line after reading the reply from the Business..."Now I got how this business is getting 5 Stars....there is some service provider managing bogus reviews for the business. You know there are many scam businesses offering their services to monetize YouTube Channels by providing fake Subscribers and helping businesses get repute by providing Google Reviews via fake accounts...this seems to be the story here. The replier (I am sure not the real owner) is repeating the same answer to all the negative reviews done during the period of time and interestingly all mentioned the same concerns like me but till the day of my comment, there was no betterment in food quality, quantity and service.....funny, yeah!!!

Taste and flavor makes it amazing. Great service.
