Ju-ichi offers Contemporary style Japanese Cuisine and Sushi Bar. Sourcing top quality ingredients, we strive to provide the best culinary experience to our guests. We offer a variety of adult beverages which feature local S.D. micro breweries as well as some Japanese/Imported options. A variety of fine Japanese Sake's and Wine are also available. Happy hour specials are available Monday through Wednesday & Friday's from Opening to 6:30pm. Thursday's are Happy Hour ALL NIGHT! Every Sunday we offer a BY RESERVATION ONLY Omakase/Tasting Menu experience, which consists of an 11 course pre-set menu. Currently, the tasting menu has a 6PM seating time.
