I should be so disappointed in myself for how I destroyed this all American club wrap and blue ocean smoothie w/sea moss but I have no shame the experience was amazing and the customer service was top tier I appreciate the freshness and quality of the products thank you for being here I will be back soon

I love their açaí bowls— the best in Troy / Latham. But it takes an absurd amount of time to get your order *every time* … I even order on Mealeo ahead of time and still, I’m told a 10 minute wait when I arrive. It’s super frustrating. Otherwise, I would order it all the time! They use great granola and ingredients and it’s a good size for the cost.

Love the drinks and smoothies. Hate everything else. Consistently slow even with years of feedback about how long it takes to get any order. Ordering ahead does not help. Having to decide whether to be late or not eat is frustrating.

I absolutely have a love dislike relationship with juice factory… they have such amazing food but time and time again I am disappointed with the wait time. This is the third time I’ve placed an order online since moving back to their new old location and there has always been an error on their system end that shows online order was not placed, therefore making the wait time longer than originally placed. I can appreciate the quality of their items but this would be the only flaw, other than that they are great!

The Juice Factory RX makes delicious smoothies. I recommend the BERRY G'LORE one. I substituted the coconut milk for coconut water, which was perfect! The smoothie costs $10.50

Really nice , comfortable environment. Fresh food and fresh juice! Win win...
