Sure, there are a lot of competing taco trucks, but this food truck is the result of years of hard work, from a family that's putting their generations old recipes onboard for your enjoyment. At Judith's Foods, rest assured you're getting the most authentic and tasty food around. With a band of 6 brothers and sisters who supported themselves in Oaxaca, Mexico by selling their primo food, they soon moved to the states to share it with others with much success too! From tacos and burritos to tortas, quesadillas and pupusas. We have a hearty assortment of meats to fill 'em with, including asada, cabeza, pollo, carnitas and more!
