Jubilee Burgers

THE TWO PUNK KIDS THAT HAVE BEEN WORKING THERE HAVE RUINED THE PLACE. I've been going to this location since they came to Buckley and have looked forward to it everytime buy this last time was absolutely horrible. the fries were so old an over cooked they were un-edible, the buns were not toasted at all and I got a pile of raw onion on my burger. It's been sautéed onion every other time. Super disappointed I loved this place. Tried again an even worse today, WAISTE OF MONEY at this point

For the price burgers could be bigger

This used to be "The Good Place" but now they are serving not so good burgers. The lettuce was thicker then the 1/8" burned patty. And a Regular combo fry.... I had to give 1 star jus to be able to post review. I won't be returning, which is sad cause I really thought of them as a decent price to quality product. Another company dropping product to make a buck. And yes that was all the fries in the basket.

Great burger at a good price. Similar to In n out. This place might have the best fry sauce.

Just left with my order to find all three orders of fries salted so much they were inedible. One of the three burgers was supposed to be just ketchup and mustard, but it had onions on HALF of the burger... The back half in the sleeve within the wrapper. Used to be good food here. Honestly, I believe it was the people working in there, as I have had several good experiences in the past, being the only reason for the second star. Half of the burger was good... I will give this place another try in maybe six months. Maybe by then it will have improved to the level it once was. I have been going to Jubilee in Tacoma for years. One bad visit is not enough to shun them forever, but it certainly warrants a break. I even tipped those guys!

My word...it had been a while since I had food here, actually since it was in Bonney Lake. There was a smell of grease and filth emanating from the place but I thought let's just goooo for it. The smell of the fries were strong of very musty old oil, worked with fryers for a long time and this was about the worst I've smelled. Charred black onion on burger didn't sit well either. I don't blame the kids that work there, but the owner, hey there whoever you are, ain't seem to care to clean or train anyone how to keep things food safe or fresh. Get in there and clean it up, what a trailer of calamity. Burger without onions were ok, grill doesn't get cleaned for sure though. Do better, maybe you can't? Sorry about it..

Perfect spot to fill a craving. It's not In-n-Out, but it tastes great and fills you up. Glad to have this option available in the Buckley area.
