Better than Sherman’s. Loved our meal and our server Kim was the best.
The food was a mediocre attempted at jewsish deli food the place is now the service slow and lacking care
Super slow service. Mistakes on the orders. Mediocre quality. Too bad.
It was a busy Friday night during Modernism Week, it was just after 7 pm. Perhaps the restaurant wasn't prepared for being this busy? I ordered a Belgian waffle from their All Day Breakfast menu. It was okay..... But just okay. It came topped with, at most, one strawberry cut up, and about 8 blueberries. No whipped cream, no presentation. It was dry but passable. My table mate had cheese blintzes. He was underwhelmed by the size of them and the taste. This is really not the quality of food that we have come to expect from J's. So.... perhaps it was just a bad night? At any rate, I am not rushing to go back.
Cinnamon Challah French toast yummy!
Great atmosphere, but service was slow and food was a bit cold
Stopped in, party of three for a late lunch. We were seated promptly but all the menus were wet. The hostess was wiping them down from lunch but didn’t dry them. I ordered the sweet and sour soup with a toasted bagel. Both good. We also ordered french toast with bacon. The bacon was dried out , like it had been reheated leftover from breakfast. We also ordered the brisket sliders which were really bad. The brisket was all fat, untrimmed. Service was courteous but very slow considering the restaurant was nearly empty. All in all, a disappointing meal
Got 1 sandwiche.. Philly cheese. Had to look for the cheese. Maybe 2 pieces of red peppers and 1 string of onion. Bread was plain, meat overcooked. Very dry, tastless. The potatoe salad and pickles we had to ask for were good. Was it worth the $28.00 dollars, Absolutely NO!
