@foodsafetygov Ordered from JR Jana restaurant, Chennai. Significant delay, no response. Owner used foul language, threatened violence. @Swiggy, please cancel association. Food prep resembles a corporate dustbin.

One the worst veg restaurant. Now the building in construction , we ordered through Swiggy. The response they gave after ordering and waiting for 1 hour is one of the worst experience.

Worst special meals I ever had.

Chapati sidedish is fully spoiled with oil floating in a layer...Dosa sidedish wasn't given.....poor service 😑 better Improve your service sooner....it's only 10pm and u guys won't even provide a good food...🙏....Good reputation you guys r creating.....

Used to be a trusted restaurant. It's sad to see the quality of food coming down in another old time restaurant. They have separate kitchen for catering online orders now within nearby street and whatever I've ordered from this new kitchen is poor. Dosa batter is old and smelly. Chutneys are missing. Nothing feels the same. Bye bye to another favorite place of mine.

Tasty sweet pongal. Mini tiffin excellent I kept in Tamil new year Pooja. Children and aged can eat. Rate also medium.
