J.P's Pizzeria

For the price I was expecting some amazing pizza with premium ingredients, and while it was good, there is better pizza in Mississauga for lower price.

GIVING 3*s DUE TO WEBSITE PRICES NOT BEING ACCURATE. EVEN AFTER HAVING THE CURRENT PRICES UPDATED OVER PHONE, MY ORDER WAS ~$4 MORE THAN IT WOULD BE ACCORDING TO PHONE CALL EXPLANATION/UPDATE. UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE J.P., IT'S NOT THAT HARD. ...AS FOR PIZZA, I don't know yet, to busy looking for the EXTRA $$$!!

Best pizza.

Extremely disappointed in the service here. I've lived in the Churchill Meadows area for 24 years. I've frequented this pizza shop several times over the years, especially more recently. I can understand when a restaurant is overwhelmed on a busy day like Superbowl however, I can't understand how it can take almost 2 hours to make one large pizza. Furthermore, upon me arriving to pick up my pizza which was no where to be found, I asked the customers in the car next to mine, when they ordered their pizzas. These customers told me they ordered at 6:40 PM. At the time I spoke to them it was 7:30 PM; they had 3 Party sized pizzas which they received in under an hour. I ordered my large pepperoni pizza in person at 5:50 PM and at 7:30 PM they told me it would be another 10 minutes. Nothing more than my pizza was giving to someone else in the time frame that I waited at home as to not overwhelm the people working there because as someone who works in the food and beverage industry, I know what it can feel like to be slammed and in the weeds. Not a single apology for my missing pizza, instead people talking under their breath as they made the pizza as though I couldn't hear them and reasons to justify why my pizza was taking so long. Obviously, my chit (order) got lost and it wasn't until someone came to pick up the pizza on my behalf after an hour and 20 minutes later that this store realized they didn't have my order. I'm beyond upset about this, because while I was understanding about the fact that it was busy, I feel my kindness was taken advantage of as I told the girl who took my order, no worries that it would take just over an hour, I had no problem with that and I would go wait at home until she called when the pizza was ready which she never did. A simple apology would have made me feel valued as a regular community customer and instead they made me feel as though I wasn't patient enough because its superbowl. You can do better!

J. P’s pizzeria is a hidden gem of Mississauga . The friendly owner is from Italy and has mastered the art of making the best pizza. With his own secret homemade sauce , fresh mozzarella cheese and toppings, each bite is delicious ! Truly worth any journey to visit this pizzeria. Daniel
