Words don't do justice. Great crew, talented chef and willing to make any reasonable changes. This beast was the nightly special deceiving named Pepito. This would lead folks to think small.. as in poquito. My friends, this was a full-on, Guy Fieri "unhinge your jaw and assume the hunch" sub. The explosion of flavor was unbelievable. Pro Tip #1 - order the fries well done and whatever doesn't make the gullet, sets you up with the best 'dirty fries' ever. Pro Tip #2 - If you plan to eat there, bring extra wet naps.
