We're JP & Son, and we've been a leading Cajun restaurant here in Gadsden, AL, since 2022. Our menu features mouthwatering dishes and drinks from Louisiana, including boudin, fried chicken, and gumbo. We also have an extensive takeout menu that includes the best sandwiches around. We're known for our Louisiana-style dining and creole cooking, but we are most known for our awesome service and flavorful food.
