Joy Tea

I got one of their popular fruit teas. It was delicious. The team was made very quickly and service was good.

This is a really cute place!!! The Oreo smoothie I got was amazing! The waffles were tempting as well. I definitely plan on returning and trying the other drinks and desserts!

Joy Tea is absolutely amazing. Every one of their drinks has exceptional flavor and their boba balls are always perfect. I personally love the strawberry taro milk tea, the jasmine honey milk tea, and the mango grapefruit jasmine blended tea. The strawberry taro is sweet and creamy with a real strawberry puree in it. The jasmine honey milk tea has a strong flower taste but is well balanced out with the cream and honey. Finally, the Mango Grapefruit jasmine blended tea offers a unique taste between sweet and tart and is very refreshing.

We have been here multiple times and it's a beautiful space and the drinks are delicious. Except our last visit a few days ago was very disappointing. Me and my daughter both got smoothies with popping boba, which we have ordered 3 other times and we loved, but all of the boba was all popped already. The boba looked in tact in drink but by the time you drank it, it was just the casing and already popped. Called to ask if it was maybe old boba or if that was common. Staff wasn't too understanding and tried to explain that they are easily popped and seemed very annoyed, but offered to give us more boba? So we drove back and when I arrived they were pretty rude but they put a new scoop of popping boba in the 3/4 drank smoothie but the boba did the same thing. I very rarely ever complain or write poor reviews, but when we are splurging for an almost $8 treat and it's wrong then you are met with attitude when asked to make it right, it is very disappointing. I have met the owner before and she seems wonderful, but I'm still not sure if I'll return after the way I was treated. If that were my business I would want to be aware if there was an issue with one of the main ingredients and also if my staff was treating people like that. ***Update: we have been back twice since the above incident and the boba is much better (and actually pops) and the staff has been great both times.

I honestly didn’t want to write this review but today visit was def. unpleasant. I would go here for boba and would drive out of my way even if I’m close to another boba location. I’ve enjoy their drinks but a few times coming here, the service has not been friendly! I don’t expect a happy/energetic person to take my order but atleast show some kind of welcome. I came here today and the young girl (same girl I encounter the few visits) taking orders slid the window open from drive thru w/ a staring annoyance look at me. I didn’t get a hello or what can I get you. She just expected me to place my order and wait. I was even polite to say thank you after she handed my orders and surprise she just turned around w/ no words. If that wasn’t enough, I order the waffles and it was burnt. I’m just over it. I’ve supported this business but management need to train them with customers service!
