Nice, quiet ambiance. There was only one waitress on duty. She answered the phones, seated guests, took orders, served food, and helped a lost insta cart driver trying to pick up at the wrong restaurant. She did all this with a smile and great, friendly customer service. The joy omlet was very tasty with large portions. The homemade bread was served hot and fresh with a dollip of melting butter on top, delicious! The hot chocolate with whipped cream, sprinkles, and chocolate syrup was a special sweet treat. The potatoes had a nice flavor. The waitress recommended a special hot sauce for the potatoes which was really good. Everything was great. The bathroom was clean and in order. There is plenty of free parking in the side parking lot or on the street. Will be back. Highly recommend to anyone, especially breakfast lovers.
Very neighborhood breakfast and it want disappoint.... you would think you were at home!!!! .
I ordered pancakes bacon and potatoes even the pancakes had no flavor everything was very bland with no seasoning 10/10 would NOT recommend if you’re looking for some real good breakfast this is not the place to go! DISGUSTING
This diner has to be one of my favorite diners around the bay. It was tricky to find one, but the servers made it easy to come back here. Their chicken fried steak, accompanied by their delightful homemade bread, is an absolute favorite of mine. Despite occasionally perusing the menu to try something different, I invariably order the same meal. I sincerely hope this place remains unchanged and thrives for years to come!
I've been eating here forever. Great food, good portions, great service, reasonable prices.
One of the best breakfasts in town. I like that they sprinkle green onion slices over the home fries. Not only is the service friendly and personable, but fast. Our food was ready and delivered 10 minutes or less. We drive from a neighboring town to eat here. Kid-friendliness: Kids at many tables with the adults.
