I called n ordered 2 pizzas and told them we would eat there..I was told it would be 20 to 25 min..we arrived within 10 min..We were seated and no one acknowledged us for 15 min..We told them we had ordered on our way..40 min later, we ask our waiter about pizza and he checked n said they would be out soon..10 min later he said they had been put on top of oven to stay warm and I told him we have been here..Pizza was finally brought out..It was not hot, the cheese had hardened, the crust taste like cardboard and the Canadian bacon did not taste like it has in the past..It was awful..I spoke to manager, at first said she would give us 25% off and then agreed to 50% off..I know Jo in Purcell when she opened over 50 years ago..Ate there at least once a week for years..Purcell Jo's is still very good..I can tell you it was the best pizza in Oklahoma..Jo would be embarrassed at the pizza being served with her name on it..She was a great cook and took pride in the product she made.. We have watched the quality at this location go down in the last few years..If it has new owners, you may need to step up n find out why the change..We will not be back to the one in Edmond..There are other great pizza places in Edmond who make delicious pizzas....
Had the boomers they were tasty, salad was fresh, combination and Greek pizza's were good. Service was a little pushy, seamed she was trying to get us in and out.
My favorite pizza in the Metro hands down. However, the service has declined sharply of late. Seems like no matter which server we get, they were trained the same way. Drinks. Order. Disappear until pizza is done ( which takes a while but we dont mind). Deliver pizza. Drop check.
The food, service and atmosphere was great. I'm not a picky eater, but certain foods I can't have. They provided a gluten free, vegetarian menu. Vegetarian options: 4 different salad selections and veggie pizza Dietary restrictions: I was able to find gluten free, grain free, and all veggies meals.
I have been eating here for years with my family and the food is always great! From the salads, to specialty pizzas or calzones it’s hard to go wrong. Lily, Tony and the rest of the crew always offer great customer service. One of the best local businesses in Edmond.
This is the best pizza I've had outside of Italy. Add to that great service and a cozy, clean atmosphere. It's a great local gem. Kid-friendliness: They offered the wee ones a bit of dough to roll and shape. Pictures in front of the fireplace were perfect.
Place is bougie, these isn't even a sign out front to let you know its even there.
