JORY, the signature restaurant at The Allison Inn & Spa, now offers an exquisite multi-course dinner tasting menu—available in 4, 5 or 7 courses—celebrating the region’s seasonal bounty. Each thoughtfully crafted dish tells the story of this remarkable place, with curated wine pairings from our renowned cellar. Dinner is served nightly in JORY from 5-9 p.m., with reservations opening 30 days in advance. The Living Room of the Valley is a separate three-meal restaurant with expanded seating, terrace service, and longtime favorites like the Pinot Burger. Serving à la carte breakfast, lunch and dinner, small bites and libations, it’s a welcoming gathering place for locals and travelers alike. Reservations and walk-ins welcome.
