Super convenient location to neighboring residential areas, only complaint is parking can get tight, especially during weekends/busy times.

It is always crowded and they don't have self checkout

I went to exchange an item bought a day back. I wanted to do an exchange for the plastic rectangular food containers. While doing the return first the cashier a young white lady, I told her that these are broken as I just noticed today upon taking them out of the grocery items. She said she will return them. I told her I want to return & re purchase the same boxes as they were broken. She first did the return & when I went to grab them, she said the price has jumped up. I told her I was just doing an exchange & she should've honored me the exchange within the same price. She said, she cannot do anything now. I requested her manager named Raman (East Indian) lady. She said, you yelled at my cashier over this whole issue. I told her calmly that this is not true. She said no you did yell at her, as she heard me from a distance & some customers also complained that I was loud. I told her there was no customer behind or ahead of me while I talked to the front cashier about the exchange issue. Raman, the manager in fact started yelling me & upon asking whats her name, she said Raman & also said, Go do whatever you want, I am not scared of you. I left it at that & just walked away telling her now its you whose yelling at me. She also over wrote on my receipt I showed her to hide the item's barcode. I am not judging anyone here, but the customer service at this location is so bad.

Very good customer service

They carry specific brand when it comes to daily items like milk and bread. Not many options as we find in FB and WM
