My Sister and I visited for a Psychic Event. There was a well stocked bar with a small restaurant providing jacket potatoes or sandwiches. Lots of different rooms, some changing rooms for sports activities. Also a main hall that looked like it had been decorated for a wedding. Easy to find on Sat. Nav. Building easily accessible. Ample parking with some disabled spots.

I've seen thousands enter an arena quicker than the door staff allowed a few hundred people into the venue. Very slow. The venue is far to small for a white collar/black tie boxing event.

Went for a conference. It is a lovely place. Plenty of parking.
