Jogoya Japanese Buffet Restaurant

Not sure if the food was unclean, but after eating it, I had severe vomiting and diarrhea. Hope to get a response.

My son & his colleagues had dinner there 3 days ago. Same issue like the other reviewers who posted recently. Half of the team had food poisoning from the dinner buffet!! He had fever, diarrhea and vomited badly which for a healthy young man, I have never seen him so weak & lethargic before. The Doctor confirmed he has bacteria infection; fortunately tested negative for salmonella bacteria from his blood test. From the scare incident, we will never patronize the restaurant again as the ingredients and/or food preparation are not meeting to the hygiene and food safety standards. Really disappointing and extremely poor expectations from a restaurant of that level.

My 1 year old daughter is still in the hospital now because she's couldn't stop vomiting from the food poisoning at this place on 29th June 2024. It hurts to watch my 1 year old daughter hooked up with treatment at the hospital. The rest of my family members were affected and had to be admitted in the hospital as well. I hope my review will help future customers to avoid the unfortunate incident at this place.

Me and my family members patronize the restaurant 2-3 times annually for special occasions or family gatherings. Most times, our visits was a pleasant one. On Saturday 29/6/2024, we visited with 10 family members including myself dined in. When I had the food, I felt it was substandard from previous visits but we continued anyways due to a rare occasion. Unfortunately, all of us had severe diarrhoea the following day, myself vomited throughout the night. A mother and her toddler need to be hospitalised because of prolong diarrhoea. Really disappointed. Will not be coming back anymore. A word of caution, visit at own risk!

Food poisoning & vomit the next day the good dinner at this restaurant, i thought was my problem, but we have 20+ team members having dinner there & >50% vomit, so.........

評価が4を下回っていたのであまり期待はしていませんでしたが、個人的に大満足でした！ まず、食べ物の種類がとても多い。お店の端から端まで料理が並べられていて、刺身や寿司は勿論、焼き物コーナー、鉄板焼きコーナー、揚げ物コーナー、鍋コーナー、スイーツコーナーなどなど、見切れないくらいのラインナップです。 寿司はカリフォルニアロールもあり、どれも美味しかった。手巻きはオーダーして作ってもらうシステムだったのですが、米の代わりにキャベツが使われていてガッカリ。あと、マグロの炙り刺身みたいなのは臭くて美味しくなかったです。 飲み物のバリエーションも多く、酒やワイン、カクテルは飲み放題！モックテイルやなんとホールココナッツも置いてあります。これには感動。 アイスクリームもサーティーワンとハーゲンダッツの他、マレーシアローカルのutterlyのアイスクリームもあります。ここのアボカド、抹茶、ココナッツが手作り感があってとても美味しかったです。 ケーキの種類はとても多く、ローカルデザートから中華スイーツ、ケーキまで様々。クレームブリュレ（上はカラメリゼが充分でないけど）が中々良かったです。スイーツはソースが人工的な味の物が多く、そこが少し残念でした。 ですが一人180少しという値段を考えると、このボリュームとラインナップなら納得がいきますし、満足できます。ホテルビュッフェに負けず劣らずの完成度なので、また戻って来たいです。

Nice ambient. The staff was friendly, the foods was tasty as predicted. Easy Booking thru online and need to queue up. During lunch time so many peoples to enjoy their lunch time 😃
