Great family restaurant. My family went with our two young children and we were seated promptly and provided a high chair. Our server provided great service and got our order in quickly. It can be difficult keeping a toddler happy at the table so the quick service is really important to us and we were very pleased. Food came out hot and was satisfying. Classic fish and chip fare. I ordered the 2 PC's fish and chips with shrimp for 24.00$. I would order it again. One other highlight was the chicken fingers being real pieces of chicken. Very happy with the experience and will be back again I'm sure.
Today I had a hankering for fish, and I never ate at a Joey’s before, so I just had to try it — my day was already down in the dumps, so I was already in the mood to just try something new, so I walk in and am greeted at the front by my server, Jessica, and golly, she went above and beyond. I have never received such amazing service — she made sure I was fully taken care of and even catered to my unusual request of unsweetened iced tea (literally steeped tea on ice)! Even with it being busy, she was quick, very professional, and managed to be conversational (and honestly made my day better) — it’s very clear she cares a lot about what she does, and I would rate more than five stars for her service if I could. As for food, I got the salmon with fries and Caesar Salad — while the salmon was a bit on the dry side, it was still a good salmon nonetheless. The Caesar Salad was really good — good amount of dressing, good dressing too, and that’s coming from someone who always enjoys that particular salad! The fries were nice and crisp — I didn’t know that they were also all-you-can-eat! Who knew!!! I also had a no-bake cheesecake dessert, which was fantastic. Definitely a good place to dine overall if you ever get the chance to go!
