Chef Joey has opened his own restaurant, Joey's Kitchen, in Whaler's Village, Kaanapali Beach, featuring Island Cuisine and the best Filipino dishes your taste buds have ever experienced ! Award winning Chef Joey Macadangdang has been on Maui for over 20 years and was the Head Corporate Chef for Roy's Kahana. He opened up Roy's Kihei and Kaanapali, as well as Pineapple Grill in Kapalua. Filipino foods are often recognized with Hawaiian Regional Cuisine and Chef Joey has created his own Filipino Fusion with Joey's Kitchen.
