my food was an hour late past my table getting all their food, as well as my steak being cooked incorrectly whilst the staff kept telling me as i am asking where my food was “it’s almost out” multiple times. as well as i asked for a water and never received it after asking multiple times. i am honestly so irritated and annoyed by the fact there was no communication between the staff within the establishment.

Atmosphere’s good. Steak frite with crispy mashed potato is quite delicious.

We live having dinner at Joey's . We are even recognized by some of the servers, and they are very personable.

We came for lunch the other day & had such a great experience. Food was 10/10, drinks were really good too. Our server James was super professional & went out of his way to make we enjoyed our time. We will for sure come back!!

A friend and I popped in for lunch today, and were promptly promptly seated, as the restaurant wasn't particularly full. A server came by, explained that he was just assisting our main server, and took drink orders. However, after the drinks were delivered, we did not recieve service again. We were a party of two seated in a section of three large groups, and while the tables around us received attentive service and lots of chat time from Joey staff, no one stopped by to check on us. We'd initially tried giving hints that we were ready to order (placing an empty soda glass at the front of our table, closing our menus and folding them in front of us), but then decided that we would flag down a member of staff. Unfortunately this was to no avail. Staff serving tables in our area walked past us as if we weren't even there, and even the busser who stopped by to take our empty soda glasses did so without making eye contact or asking if we wanted a refill. After half an hour of waiting, we opted to leave. This experience was deeply disappointing, and has put a sour taste in my mouth about this location. I can understand the difficulty of serving large groups, but to not check back in any capacity on customers you'd previously interacted with made me feel that servers at this location are only interested in serving tables which guarantee a gratuity. It's likely to be long while before I'm back to dine here again.
