Joe's pizza Ancaster

Way too chewy and thick outer burnt crust. The issue is the water content of their dough . It's not good pizza I don't care what anyone says. They try to crisp it by over cooking it but their dough is terrible and doesn't allow for their cooking methods.. coming from a baker.

They need to learn how to respect the customer

Great quality pizza and sandwiches for a good price. Especially love the ham and provolone sandwich as my go to!

I was craving for some authentic Italian food and this place is the best! I can’t believe I live 8 min away from here and didn’t know about them. The chef and their staff is very friendly people. Their portions are great for the price. Will come back again and 100% recommend it!

Had I known about this place sooner I definitely be a few pounds heavier wonderful food, wonderful staff, clean restrooms, all around best place in the area

My traveling up north definitely my favorite Italian spot in the area. Locals should definitely know about this.
