JOE & THE JUICE offers a tantalizing array of delicious food options, making it a go-to spot for culinary delights. However, the overall experience is marred by lackluster customer service at the register. While the food may be exceptional, the staff's demeanor leaves much to be desired. A warmer, more welcoming attitude from the team would undoubtedly enhance the overall enjoyment of dining at this establishment. A simple smile and genuine hospitality can go a long way in creating a positive and memorable experience for customers

Food was not bad. Your staff needs better training. They aren’t very attentive to the customers. My food was given to me in episodes. The manger and owner should work with the staff to train them better. I myself own multiple restaurants and service like this would be a BIG NO NO in my locations. Also the music volume could be turned down a bit.

Best coffee and even better service. Kennedy was engaging, kind, and super helpful! We are from out of town and she made us feel right at home. My kids and I left this coffee shop hoping to come back tomorrow. If you are looking for amazing coffee and service stop by here for sure! People on the metro even asked us where we had been because the coffee and hot chocolate smelled so good. ❤️

Slow ..... Food and coffee is good. Just slow service for grab and go.

The açaí bowl was rock hard and had zero flavor somehow. The smoothies tasted like chalk. The egg sandwiches are made with egg salad which is weird, so we didn’t even try those. And the “bagel” is a piece of bread with cream cheese, which to be fair was stated, but is still confusing and was not good. Would absolutely not return.

They have really great vegan protein shake options! The service was okay and the music is a little bit loud for my taste, but would recommend for a remote work situation with no meetings.

UPDATE: I looked at other low reviews and see that they all have the exact same response from the company, indicating I should email them or go to the app to "resolve" the situation. I do hope that this is not necessary. It's clear what I think should happen and I don't need to reach out on another platform to share the same info. And it looks like others have similar experiences as I did, as well as some poor customer service. This should be addressed immediately. Original review: Wonderful layout, good food and delicious drinks. Ambience is great EXCEPT for the unnecessarily loud music. I would give the place FIVE stars if the music were at a reasonable level for me to have a meeting or sit and work a spell. It's one of those places where the music is on just for the employees. Every time I come here, it's the same. That's why I don't come here now often. You'd have more guests come here if you just lowered the volume!

A Must-Visit Spot! This place is perfect for both work and study. They offer delicious snacks, fresh coffee, and natural juices. The atmosphere is great, and everything is kept clean. Truly a hidden gem!

The Barista didn't even know what light qnd sweet meant!? and the coffee was terrible had to add my own sweetneers and sugar. But the coffee was still bad wouldn't go back again!

I came here because a Freida recommended it but tbh was not very impressed. The cortado was a bit flat for my liking and the tunacado was just okay. I’ve had much better breakfast/coffee experiences at many other places for about the same price.
