JOE & THE JUICE

I never write bad reviews because I have worked in the service industry for a long time and understand completely that sometimes people just have a bad day and can’t provide 100% exceptional service at all times. But the last 3 times i have been in here have been such unpleasant visits because the staff have been SO inattentive and rude. I was ordering and half way through my order the cashier picked up his phone and just stopped talking to me. I have also experienced seeing 4 workers drawing on each other at the cash register and posting it on Snapchat while another girl made ALL of the drinks and sandwiches!! Just so disappointing to see! Love your food and drinks but this is clearly an ongoing problem that needs attention.

Dunkles, wenig einladendes Ambiente und auch nicht sehr sauber. Aber wir hatten Lust auf einen frischen Smoothie und haben die Warnsignale (keine Kundschaft im Lokal) ignoriert. Die beiden Mitarbeiter wirkten wenig motiviert, und als wir cash zahlen wollten, hieß es nur "cards only". Weshalb man dann einen Behälter für "Tips" aufstellt? Smoothie war gerade noch okay, enthielt leider viel Eis.

Worst cold brew I have ever tasted. Pretty sure it's not even cold brew - tastes like burnt coffee. Plus it's weak as water. Never coming back here!

Great and welcoming ambiance with good dance music. I enjoy going there.

October 2023: Read the poor reviews and thought to myself "can't be that bad". The red ♥️ supreme smoothie was pretty good. Tasted refreshing. Restroom was somewhat in need of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels. Need supplies or need the workers to keep it in working condition.

Worst location. My local DMV offers a better service. Don't come here.

Great Food and drinks. I came in during rush hour but they were able to get my delicious turkey sandwich out quickly. Overall a Delicious and Great Customer service.

Very slow service. The drink was made wrong and didn’t include dates :-/
