I ordered a turkey tom to be delivered today and I asked for red pepper flakes, instead I got jalapeños in my sandwich and I absolutely hate jalapeños, that’s why I just get the pepper flakes. I’m upset that whoever made this sandwich made this simple mistake made my sandwich taste not as good and differently than I hoped. Not only that, the guy who delivered the sandwich only tried one door at our business and almost walked away. We have three doors total and he only tried one before giving up so I had to go out and make sure I got my order.

Good sandwiches, good prices

Last week a few school bus drivers placed an order and had them delivered to the SOZO Sports Complex. We attempted again today and were told SOZO was not within the delivery service. We were put on hold with no communication and thought we were hung up on. We called back and our order was voided, again, with no communication.

When my order is correct it is really good! Unfortunately, they have only gotten my order right probably 2/10 last times that we've ordered so I prefer to order from the Yakima downtown location if possible or not at all anymore. Every time I order a veggie sandwich with Jimmy peppers added it is always missing something. For the veggie sandwich it really makes a difference if the cucumbers or Jimmy peppers are missing and this is pretty much always the case for me. I've also had a problem with them forgetting added ingredients on other people's sandwiches too. I'd suggest sticking to dine in if you order from here so you can easily get your order fixed if they mess up.

"Freaky Fast" needs changed to "Scary Slow". Ordering via online or app is pointless. They obviously prioritize orders, pushing online or app orders to the back of the line. They don't even start your order until you ask for it. Placed my order at 11:33. Walked in at 12:06. Walked out with my order finally at 12:19. I was in the store with one other customer. And I still had to get the drink myself. All of the extras or subtractions were ignored. I asked for NO Onions, and it had onions. Luckily, I'm not allergic to them, otherwise, I'd be writing this from the hospital. I like the sandwiches, but with only 30 minutes for lunch, or looks like I'll be going back to Subway.

Love the sandwiches, but waited 40 minutes for our curbside pickup order. Then missed 2 sandwiches and had to wait another 5 minutes. People ordering at the store were in and out quickly.
