My order was messed up which is fine they fixed it, it happens, but when I came in to let them know there was a girl (worker) sitting on the floor with over ear headphones and her phone just sitting on the floor criss cross I stood just waiting and she couldn't see me because she was on her phone, finally one of the workers who was on his lunch! Came to help me because she just sat there on the ground and as he was attending me she just still stayed on the ground on her phone, this job isn't for her she gets paid to listen to music and be on her phone while everyone else does all the work, didn't even cashier me

Delicious and this location has good service as of April 2024.

Long hair and beards require a hair net and / or beard net... none here! Your reply falls short, I don't work for you, do your job. You have the information, I'm not jumping through hoops unless it's going through the health department.

These guys went out of their way to help me with a delivery. The Knob hill location didn't have drivers, and you can't order through a delivery service apparently. This JJ went above and beyond. The guy on the phone was awesome and had a great sense of humor about the situation!
