Every. Single. Time. This place messes up almost sandwich we order, every time we order from them. Today was the last straw. They charge so much for add-ons like bacon, then ever add them. Yeah because I love throwing away money for nothing in return. Everyone that works there is completely disconnected from reality, so customer service and effort is non-existent. I've contacted corporate before, never received a response. Everyone knows reviewing a chain is practically worthless, but my hope is someone who can change things sees this since I never get responses from corporate. ***wrote to the link provided in the response below. Girls says they ran out of bread. Claims it will take two hours to make. I don’t see any in the ovens. Several upset customers. We were in parking lot talking to anther customer when an employee locked the door.
sandwich was good but took too long to get it. what usually takes 5 min took over 25
Freaking fast is a myth. Order over hour ago and still have not received my order. You try calling and the put the fax line to answer or don’t answer. Finally got some one to answer and it was the owner. They only had 1 person driving for store! Way to run your business!! All I got was I’m sorry your order will be out soon!! Customer service here sucks!!
Horrible experience. Went to have lunch with my daughter and the lady sam i guess she must have been new manager was rude from the start terrible customer service. It was taking me a minute to order and she got impatient and was rolling her eyes at me as i ordered. Once i sat down and was eating, i cant even hear the music over her talking rudely to her staff and using profanity in front of customers. I will never be coming back to this location for lunch anymore.
Jalapeno ranch was expired for a month and a half. Feel bad for the other customers.
