Dank sandwiches, great service and always accurate on my orders. I thank these freaks for being fast Parking: Concrete slab to leave vehicles while stuffing the meat hole with grindage Kid-friendliness: Yes Wheelchair accessibility: If I had a wheelchair, I'd roll it reeeaalllll good on that ramp!
I placed an order and they forgot my drink. I called and they said the delivery driver was onto other orders. Well, mine should be completed. They said they’d give me a drink on my next order. I needed it now, I’m sick and unable to leave and really needed that drink. I called back and said it’d be delivered when she can. Nice priorities. Then he hung up on me like I’m an annoyance. I’ve never had a problem with JJ’s before today. And I’m less than a mile away. Ridiculous and rude.
Man... I despise writing bad reviews and never do it, but damn.... The kid taking the orders was on a different planet. Had to repeat my order multiple times, be rung up twice, and still have the simple request of "no mayo" on my sandwiches be unfulfilled. I was super happy to find that when I got home... Thanks. Personally, I find mayo almost as disgusting as the guy behind the counter that was chewing his thumb nail off. Chips were good though.
Their app doesn’t have a place to asked for no tomato so I wrote it in the optional area. I still got tomato
40 minutes for 2 sandwiches with like 10 people working and I ordered online ahead of time
Crazy slow and super rude service. Forgot some of our order. Sort of seemed like everyone was stoned.
Seriously the worst. Nothing fast about them. Even with 4 employees and no other cars in the drive thru, we had to wait 15+ min for one sandwich and a sprite.
Horrible service, waited in drive thru for over 10 minutes as the only customer. Watched employees slack off and not even make my sandwich. I ordered one thing.
