Jimmy John's

Accidently choose "sliced wheat" thinking it would be like the French bread just wheat. Sandwich got delivered and I pull out a monstrous sandwich (had extra protein and a bunch of freebies) on two little pieces of bread. Ate it like a normal sandwich, absolutely hilarious. You get what you order

food was decent i prefer jersey mikes and service was good

Has a great experience with the drive through employee (I think her name was Isas). She had a bright personality and gave me great suggestions since I was a bit unsure as to what I wanted. Just wanted to give her a shout out!

Was super busy when I got there but still had my sandwich super fast which was awesome! I forgot what the sandwich was called but the employee recommended it and it was amazing!

Lack of meat! If I wanted bread and lettuce I'd just buy it at the grocery store.... it certainly wasn't freaky fast either

They forgot our chips last order. Manager offered to send the driver back and we chose just to have them add to our next order. She apologized and offered two solutions to make it right which is all we could have hoped for, but most of all, she CARED!! Good customer service is about half rare anymore! We were happy with the outcome and will order from them again. We are longtime Jimmy John's fans and mistakes happen but overall their food is good and employees are friendly and helpful. Edit: Just talked to Rachel (pardon the possible misspelling!) - Our order arrived not cut in half, no napkins, no oil & vinegar on my sandwich. I explained right away that I didn't want anything for free and that we usually order during the week and our order is always spot on. *We are ordering for four and there are adds/subtracts, etc.* She said they did have a slight change in staff and she will communicate my feedback to the team. She also said even though I said I didn't want anything she asked if she could put in a credit for anything. I still declined, but the fact that she offered and cared (see my previous review) means a ton.

We live out of town and when my bf got home with the sub we saw that they gave us the complete wrong order they gave us tuna instead of turkey… not happy
