Jimmy John's

I would like to know why the lady at the end that wrapped the sandwich, got the salad touched EVERYTHING but refused to put the food in the bag? Then hold up her hands that have gloves on and say sorry.. umm excuse me? You literally TOUCHED EVERYTHING I ordered with exception of the cup straw and lid... but if I had it delivered it would of been put in a bag.. this stores customer service is very poor. This is the second time I've had an issue with THIS STORE ONLY! I will not be returning. Because I guess you can't change your gloves after touching everything from cooler doors to wrapping a sandwich but can't touch that same food go bag it. What the... very poor customer service.

I typically have no complaints when it comes to Jimmy John's. I almost never have a bad experience, but lately I have been extremely disappointed in the pickles. I don't know if Jimmy John's changed their brand or what but the pickles are so sloppy and soggy that they soak right through the paper they're wrapped in and half the time juice is just pouring out of them when you try to unwrap them. It's disgusting and they're not even crunchy anymore. Then today, I got the same sandwich I always get but the bread was so over baked it was extremely browned and rock hard. I ended up throwing half of it away because it just wasn't enjoyable. Bread like that just shouldn't be served to customers.

Clearly dont know how to work in the industry they do. If they ever payed attention and thats a big if they would get your order right at the very least one out of every ten times but everytime i have gone to this cesspit I specificly ask for no cheese and every time I end up digging through my slop pile of a sandwich to take out cheese. The employees are genuinely worthless if they cant get a simply order right. If you find this rude good job you atleast know how to read.

The young lady who took my order didn't wash her hands afterwards before making my food. Then she proceeded to put tomatoes on one of my raps when it's a tomato allergy! First if someone has an allergy you are supposed to throw out the contaminated food and re wash your hands and put new gloves on which she did not. This is not acceptable at all. This can be a thing that can send someone to the hospital! Also her hair was not tied back and it was extremely long down past her sholders.

I've had very consistently good sandwiches from this Jimmy John's.

The restaurant was clean and the food was delicious. I had the jimmy gargantuan giant size. If you are a sandwich lover try this one. It will fill you up, a couple of times.
