Fast service, delicious sandwiches. Dined in and inside was clean.
I've had multiple issues but didn't say anything until the 3rd time, I'm tired of wasting my $. The owner, Britt did Nothing to fix the issues and acted as if I didn't know what I was talking about. I know that my order was wrong 3 times in a few months. She now says I cannot come to store b/c of "verbal abuse." I stated nothing but facts, but she'd rather be in her feelings and use excuses instead of righting wrongs. No wonder the service has gone so far down. It's not as if I wish to go there anyways, I'd rather not waste my $. We can make sure a whole bunch of people don't go if they don't want to fix their bad food. I've never went where there was even a person in front of me, bad management will do that. If Britt is the owner than this will just be another restaurant closed soon. It's a ghost town there anyways. The owner has Major problems so I cannot fault the poor employees.
Had a great experience, they had the sandwich to me before I was done paying! I got the Big Italian- Add mayo, pickles, and extra sauce! Also ask for it TBO! Makes it have less bread and more substance Customer service was incredible and have to say the kickin ranch is to DIE for!! Update: Still great food, compared to the $$ of other fast food places, the fresh taste is a steal. Customer service through drive thru is always friendly.
