This should not be able to be a JJ. The customer service is horrible, orders are wrong, staff are rude and talk to one another non stop about lame things, food takes at least 30 minutes for 3 sandwiches; and still they come out wrong. Staff is rude!!!
There were 8 people behind the counter and only one was assembling sandwiches, the others were hanging out chit chatting or hanging out. Took about 10 minutes to get a sandwich. Definitely not living up the the freaky fast standards. Will not be going to this location again.
This particular Jimmy John’s needs to teach their employees how to treat customers. I just went through the drive-through, which is what I always do the little gal that was there had such a poor attitude. She helped the bag with my food in it so close to her I had to reach outside of my door to get it, when I honked at her, she turned and looked at me and said what, so she needs to be taught how to be courteous and kind to people because if she’s like that now she’s like that to other businesses. Jimmy John’s needs to get their act together in this store , or I won’t go there anymore. That’s all there is.
We went as a family for the first time and the girls in there were so helpful and so sweet !! They went above and beyond for us 3/3 they deserve a raise
There was nobody ahead of me in line and it took over 15 minutes to make two BLTs and a kids sandwich
Wife ordered in the drive thru. Whoever that little punk was should be fired. Extremely rude and didn't even make the sandwich correct. Order # 121 Management or owner- as a business owner myself I understand good help is hard to find but rudeness to customers is not except able.
Great sandwiches and great service and a decent price. We will be back!
Almost always goof up my order, but it's always good and I go back anyways.
Reading has always seemed to be an issue for the people working here. It would be a miracle if one time the sandwiches ordered and payed for came with what was requested.
