The staff were very friendly and made my turkey tom sandwich with lots of veggies (which I love) and the bread was soft and chewy. They were freaky fast, haha, and the restaurant was clean.
I go to JJ constantly at other locations along with Most of my employees We get great service at most stores in town. However this store in particular is really lacking behind on customer service basics, mostly honestly from management. I call and ask the female person on the phone for a delivery. Off the batt she confirms my address. She states we don't diliver to my address. I asked her how far you would deliver as I just had someone deliver here the other day. ( literally had the receipt from the other day ) She says 3 miles away I go great. I'm exactly 3.1 miles away using google maps from my basement, so why will you not deliver? Takes me 6 mins to get to the store with hitting a traffic light in a fully loaded work van no less. She claims that because I'm 8 miles away, ( cought in the 1st lie) and I'm 15 minutes away from the store. (2nd lie) Apparently because I'm not in the "direction she prefers" going to wich is towards downtown Perrysburg that she has more orders at she won't deliver to me. ( even though she states the store is not busy at all) So I ask her point blank if you don't wanna deliver to me based on my location just say so. She says so hold on let me ask my manager ( wait what I thought you were the manager - 3rd lie) Comes back to the phone and asks me how much my order is. I respond normally 20-50$ worth for delivery alot more if my guys are in person at the store. (50-100$) Also since its inconvenient for her 10$ to the driver for the extra .1 of a mile. She says that she doesn't wanna make a habit of delivering to me. So she will not based upon not being in her preferred Perrysburg direction ( Discrimination??, im seriously starting to question this) So after a 17 minute conversation she concludes with if you want to ever place a catering order for all of my staff she would be more than happy to deliver. So wait my regular orders are not good enough based upon my location, my guys that order there for lunch alot & use my company card to pay are not good enough to place a delivery order. So why would I possibly wanna support your buisness with a large catering order for my staff. If you won't support my company's with the small things and lie to my face more than once in one conversation. Lastly, I'd like to note that I was more than courteous and professional to this person. I just Add some tough questions to be answered. And I'm Writing this review in hopes that the store will improve.
I come in here about once a month while on military duty. Staff were quick and friendly and the food is always good.

Tried to order a chicken bacon ranch wrap off of the create your own. Kid told me that this was not possible and I’m thinking of subway. Got the jalapeños chicken wrap w/o jalapeños and added bacon. Right…..

Food is average when they don't mess up requests, or skimp on ingredients. New website sucks, not user friendly. They advertise that they are freaky fast; but turn off their website ordering. Good luck getting an order in. Might as well just go to the store itself if you would like to eat at all.
