The food was sloppy and the manager was cussing at someone on the phone! Will never bring my family back to this negative environment again

Live 5 minutes away and delivery takes over an hour. Freaky slow

Love ordering from Jimmy’s but lately my last few orders have been 60-90 late! That’s not freaky fast. Hard to plan my day around. I live 4 minutes away. If I had known upfront it would take so long, I would just go pick it up myself

I went twice during my last trip and one time I ordered online (over eats)and the sandwich was made wrong. It was delivered, so there was nothing to do but pick off what I didn’t want.

Staffing is great. Quick, fast, and healthy food.

The staff was very friendly. The service was outstanding. The young man that took care of me he did everything and was super polite. His name is Xander and he was just great. Give that man a raise!

It has been 65min since my order. Person on phone is rude and could care less when speaking with you. Won't answer any questions and argues when you tell them why this is not acceptable treatment. I will never go to this location again. The one in Lake stl is so so much better. Will call General manager to get my $ back. Should have read these reviews before ordering.

Driver was very rude about a mistake made by them.

Great subs, glad they have wraps back. However it is so slow for delivery - 90 mins is way too long. Any other restaurant nearby on their busiest night is not that long.

I was in the local credit Union, handeling my business when a driver came in and started cussing out the staff calling them Fing Bwords and saying he didn't need the fing job, he was completely unhinged and deranged. I order from here regularly but I NEVER will again. Jimmy Johns get rid of this young man who feels the need to scream and verbally assault it's patrons.

Don't waste your time going to subway! These guys do it right!

Food is made rather quickly, workers are kind and do not seemed stressed. Only drawback which is a corperate problem is that the prices have risen a lot. A 16 inch BLT is roughly $17 after tax
