They don't use gloves, even after they cough and sneeze, my last visit I was verbally insulted and the manager just laughed

Last 3 times I have tried to come order food store has been closed due to being short staffed which I totally get considering this place doesn’t pay practically anything but tonight to my suprise I see the store is open I walk in to place my order and was informed they are out of bread … just can’t catch a break man

Fix your online hours... drove out of our way to be met with a closed early at 5pm??

I ordered a sandwich and it took literally an hour to get here. My lunch break was over by that time. And my sandwich was soggy. Not cool.

Decided to close early and put a sign on the door. We arrived 10 minutes before the close time on the door (which again, is not their standard hours, they closed early for some reason). The woman at the register refused us service, with absolute attitude and sass. No idea why they had door unlocked if they would refuse you service even though you're there before closing.

Went in to order 4 subs, the total was 52 dollars and was told they couldn't break a $100 bill! Place was packed so clearly they had 48 dollars in cash! Went to McDonald's and bought 2 double cheeseburgers with the same 100 bill without a issue! What a joke!

Closed at 6 pm on a Monday. No warning or apology. At least I didn’t have to put up with the staff and their well-documented attitude and obnoxiously loud/bad music. The strip is also a dump. Shows how much the owner cares about your experience as a customer…. Save your dignity and go anywhere else.

Closed at 4 pm?

Ordered sandwiches for 40 people on short notice. They made happen and everything worked out great!

Picked up take out for fellow employees. Food was well made & very tasty. It was an ideal summer lunch for workers on a hot day. Thank you.

7/22/24 it is now 5:37 employee in the back alley and one in the front making sandwiches and told me they are close but google says they close at 8:00 very fishy

All good at Jimmy John's. Got the order right and the sandwiches where put together well.

Went at 6 on a Saturday and they were closed. Why have business hours say you’re open until 8 everyday and then do that?
