VERY BAD BUSINESS, my wife and I walked in and there was a customer dining in and complaining about his sub not having what he ordered. Instead of taking care of the customer, the young guy behind the counter tells him, I'm sorry, we must of forgot the cheese and didn't correct it for the customer. After standing there for about 5 minutes, 1 of the 3 workers turn to us and says, it's gonna be 25-30 minutes wait for us to place our order. WOW, it blew my mind. Of course we left and went 2 exits down to McDowell's location and had lunch. This location is absolutely garbage, don't waste your time or money please

Not opening until 12:30 when you're supposed to open at 10:30 is not cool, clearly you Need Good, mature, dependable employees.

Just attempted to get Jimmy John’s but employees decided to close the store at 7:18pm. Lol. 01-20-2024. Just so managers/employers are aware of this.

Far from freaky fast, go to a different location

Closed at 8p, door says closing time is 9p.

I ordered my lunch thinking "freaky fast" right. wrong!! it took more than 44 mins to deliver my order when im literally less than half a mile away. wasted my whole lunch break waiting.
