Just went over to Jimmy John's at Short pump to get a sandwich. After I ordered my sandwich and put in my ATM card I asked the lady if there were any rewards. She turned the card holder around and pulled my card out and dropped it on the floor and turned her back and walked away and said nothing.
Gave Jimmy John’s a second chance to get a sub, I told them exactly what I wanted on my sub which was an unwich with only Ham, Turkey, Provolone cheese, and jalapeño ranch on the side. Once I got home I opened it up to tomatoes and mayonnaise inside. Waste of almost $10 dollars for something I couldn’t eat.
I wish I had a photo of that gorgeous looking sub, but anyway, it was quite satisfying
Eat here on occasion. Freaky good subs freaky fast. What's not to like?
I visited there recently and got a default menu item "french" style whatever that means - which I assumed was the smallest sub they sell based on the menu board, a small bag of chips, and a bottled coke. I was stunned when I was charged over $23 for this individual lunch! On top of that, I was presented with a tip screen which was designed such that if you didn't leave a tip (which I had no intention of doing after being charged $24), you were forced to press two keystrokes. This meant that the staff knew that you left no tip when they saw you press two keys on the screen. Not the staff's fault: it's the marketing folks' fault in my opinion: they did it on purpose, to guilt us into leaving a tip. The staff was absolutely wonderful and the turnaround time for my order was astounding. Think about it: a family of four would have been presented with a $100 order and still have been presented with the rigged tip screen. I feel that if I pay $24 for a subarine sandwich lunch, the owner should be able to pay a living wage to the staff without my having to participate. The sandwich was absolutely delicious. But unfortunately, I won't be back.
The customer service is excellent. Keep it up
The short chick manager needs to work on her people skills. Apparently can't read how to make a sandwich correctly forgot multiple things.
Great sandwich, no military discount, stick floors, and unclran tables.
Nice place! Quick service!
