I have never had a bad experience here. 95% of my orders are dine-in and the wait time for my order is perfectly agreeable. They are very busy during the lunch time, but I go in knowing this and the service and quality of my meals are great. I enjoy the small atmosphere.
If I could go zero, I think I might. We waited almost 20 minutes for a sandwich, then when they finally came out, one of them was not even on the correct bread, and it also had missing ingredients. Totally understand it being hard only having one person working, but it was definitely a waste of $20!
I’ve been waiting for well over 30 minutes for a sandwich. They need more workers or something. EDIT: so turns out, if you order take out on the app, you’re put to the back of the line, so I guess if I hadn’t asked, and keep walking in, I’d never get my order. Stupid policy. Or they could, ask, hey wats your name, and make your order. 45 freaking minutes.
Great sandwich and even better service.
Don't go for eat in. Small and cold. Sandwich was good.
So good, from the ambience, the friendly employees, to the amazing food
The app is pretty on point and gives great deals but atleast at this location the staffs order accuracy is just a notch above what you'd expect at any place making sandwhiches and let alone online or through the app ( meaning top notch) They nail it! I Hope all locations are like this one! Never had a problem with this chain...
Just wasn't the best Philly I have had from there Parking: Busy shopping center Wheelchair accessibility: Can't get to close in shopping center
