I am beyond disappointed in Jimmy John's service. We ordered a large number of sandwiches ( over 100) a week in advance for a softball picnic and paid for them in advance. The day of, with ten minutes notice before pickup time, we received word they "ran out of bread" and couldn't fulfill our order. We had 100 people we were expected to feed. After punting and solving our problem, when getting a refund back, they acted like it was no big deal that they not only didn't fulfill the transaction they already took the money for, but communicated it with little time to correct it, and then acted like it was no big deal 6 days after when getting a refund. Do better. Be better. Never again will I go there and will let everyone know.
Well run store. Well stocked even during the pandemic. Knowledgeable, stable staff for many years.
If you get the Giant size, be prepared to spend some $$.
Still fast as they ever were.
Stopped in for a sandwich. Honestly, I’m generally not a fan of Jimmy John’s but I didn’t want Subway, so I found my way in here. They were totally slammed with a bunch of ordered and ran out of their normal bread, so only wheat was available. Fine by me, so I ordered a sandwich with wheat (never had it before). I have to say, I was really impressed with the sandwich! The bread was fresh and soft, I think way better than the normal white bread. As busy as they were, my order was ready quickly and was accurate. I work just up the hill and I’d definitely be happy to return to this Jimmy John’s in the future.
Haven't been to a JJ in years. I like to stop for a sandwich after cold plunging in the Sound. JJ is usually closed so I have been going to Subway. It was open tonight, and apparently they changed their hours to closing at 9pm. I ordered the Tuscan Italian, pesto pasta salad and potato salad to try and added salt and vinegar chips. The pasta and potato salad is not bad. Not the best I ever had but I would order it again.
